Our story
Years ago on a sunny day, news of dogs who were about to get "euthanized" if not adopted right away had spread all over Facebook.
Our furmom on that same day saw that post and then decided that she would like to save a life.
She said, "I can't save all of them but I'd like to save at least one life" and then went to the said shelter where all the dogs were being held on.
Much to her surprise, the post is fake and is just for the sake of click bait. Which means no dogs will really be euthanized if not adopted. (Hallelujah ! Thank you Lord!)
Anyway, furmom still decided that she would like to bring one home. So she looked and looked for whom is the perfect dog to take in and be part of the family.
She went on looking. Going around , looking at those rusty cages with elderly dogs, skinny and furry ones to be exact, cuddled up with each other. Some are also alone in cages whom which she taught are old and sick. As per the guy who's on shift that day, some of the dogs are newly caught ones from the streets of "idontwanttomention".
While looking for the "ONE", she saw the area of where the cats are. Being a cat person deep inside and way way way back, furmom also looked at the cats. She love cats. She already have cats in their home in the province that's why she "wanted" a dog. Though they also have dogs at home, but she plans to take the dog home to where she's currently staying in the city so she can have a company and stress reliever.
She went on and on with petting the cats inside the cages. Some of them looked feral but she doesn't mind. All of them seems begging for her to take them back but she had planned to take a dog home because of that clickbait so she's really being torn between getting a dog or a cat.
Until she saw this black cat on who's fur is so shiny, not so thick and not so thin. With olden age but still is a kitten inside and still has lots to offer.
Furmom's heart skipped a beat.
She knew right then and there that she won't be taking a dog home.
Instead, she took home this black panther of a cat and named him "Waso".
And that was the start of something..
Something called , "Family".
